Reservation
After receiving your booking request, one of DreamlandGo’s experienced representatives will be assigned to assist the client in building a pleasant travel plan that best suits your interests.
A client wishing to make a reservation must complete and sign the Passenger Details Form and the Contract. The Passenger Details Form will be sent to us by email when the client book a tour. And the contract will be signed upon the client’s arrival on Day 1.
It is highly recommended that the client’s tour reservation be made 40 days prior to the actual departure date.
When the client’s booking is confirmed, he/she will receive a confirmation letter from DreamlandGo that the proposed flights, hotels, and tours are available. If any conditions should change after the confirmation, DreamlandGo reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options.
Payment
All trips require a deposit of at least 70% of the trip total. The deposit is due 30 days prior to departure. The balance is due upon arrival on the first day of a tour. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival require payment in full. From clients, at present, we accept payment by bank telegraphic transfer and in cash only.
Cancellation by the Client
We would deeply regret a client’s decision to cancel your trip, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
A cancellation by the client must be informed to us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing. The date that DreamlandGo receives the letter determines the cancellation charge applicable.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
No less than 30 days before departure: US$15/person
30 to 21 days before departure: US$70/person
20 to 8 days before departure: 40% of the full payment
7 to 4 days before departure: 50% of the full payment
3 to 1 days before departure: 90% of the full payment
Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the full payment
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment
Cancellation by DreamlandGo
DreamlandGo reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason. It will not cancel a tour less than 4 weeks before departure except in the case of force majeure or the client's failure to pay the deposit. If a tour is cancelled to force majeure, the client may choose a full refund of all payments made or an alternative tour offered by DreamlandGo. If the alternative tour chosen by the client is of a lesser value then the client will be entitled to refund of the price difference. If the alternative tour chosen by the client is of greater value than the tour originally booked the client is required to pay the price difference (within the same timeframes specified above).
Unused Services
No partial refunds are possible for unused services including but not limited to hotel rooms, meals, air or land transportation, activity days or other sightseeing excursions.
Prices, Surcharges and Brochure Validity
As we publish our prices in advance, we may occasionally be faced with significant cost increases due to factors over which we have no control. We reserve the right to impose surcharges up to 30 days before departure due to changes in group size, rooming status, exchange rates, increases in air fares or other transportation costs, taxes or if government action should require us to do so. Surcharges will be calculated according to the full extra cost, compared to the original costs and exchange rates. If any surcharge results in an increase of more than 10% of the tour cost excluding insurance premiums the client may cancel the booking within 14 days of notification of the surcharge and obtain a full refund.
Single Supplement
Trips prices are based on double or shared occupancy for all accommodations. Single accommodations can often be arranged for an extra cost but may be limited on some trips according to the availability of rooms. The single supplement fee is found under the full-package rates of each trip. Should no one be available to share with you on the tour, the Single Supplement is payable and you will be invoiced accordingly. If a roommate is found prior to departure, this fee will be refunded to you.
Changes by DreamlandGo
While DreamlandGo does its best to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes in itinerary may be made where considered necessary. DreamlandGo also reserves the right to change any of the services and facilities described in the tour program before a reservation is made. If such as change is made, the client will be told at the time of the reservation. If DreamlandGo seeks a major change, the company will inform the client as soon as possible if there is time before departure. A major change is defined as a change affecting one day in five of the itinerary. When a major change is made, the client may choose between accepting the change, obtaining a full refund of all payments made or accepting an alternate tour offered by the company. If the major change is due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstance no compensation is available.
Changes by the Client
Changes to your tour program before the booking is confirmed are happily processed free of charge. We want to provide the best tour possible for you.
The client may only make a change to a reservation at least 15 days before departure. Any additional costs associated with changes will be charged to the client. Note that scheduled airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges. A request to change received less than 15 days before departure will not be accepted. In this case the client must cancel the booking and then rebook on the tour. Any change or addition made within 20 to 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a US$80 administrative fee. No changes may be made less than 15 days before departure.
Travel Documents
The client must obtain and have possession of a valid passport, all necessary visas, permits and certificates required for the entire tour. All such documents are the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documents upon request. DreamlandGo accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
Health Requirements
Good physical and mental health are essential for the enjoyment of these active outdoor trips. The client should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize himself/herself with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement because of the possible effects that the very high altitude may have on certain people.

Insurance
DreamlandGo’s tour packages include China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of CNY240, 000 provided free of charge as part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. This insurance the client purchases should cover personal accident, medical expenses, air ambulance, loss of effects, repatriation costs and all other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to the client. Insurance provided by DreamlandGo is not applicable where only hotel or flight booking are purchased through DreamlandGo.
Authority on Tour
The client must at all times comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange, drug and other regulations of the People’s Republic of
Claims and Complaints
If a client has a complaint against DreamlandGo, the client must first inform the local guide or company representative while on the tour in order that the tour guide/representative can attempt to rectify the matter.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, the client must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of the tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. DreamlandGo will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of the tour.

You can contact DreamlandGo via the email, fax, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from DreamlandGo in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact DreamlandGo immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions.
Liability and Assumption of All Risks
DreamlandGo shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond DreamlandGo’s control. Neither DreamlandGo nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
DreamlabdGo shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by DreamlandGo.
DreamlandGo is not responsible for the client’s failure to comply with customs regulations.
DreamlandGo is not responsible for the stolen and lost of any client’s valuables items of tourists that is due to the negligence of the client.
Many of DreamlandGo’s tour packages include activities which require careful attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our travel agents and tour guides, but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. DreamlandGo, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.
DreamlandGo reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
